You can also opt to ride a habal-habal. Once you reached the Bangon Falls. You need another 30 mins trekking to Tarangban Falls.
- Malajog Ridge Nature Park
Located in Barangay Malajog, Tinambacan District. a 20 mins drive from Calbayog Proper. Before you reach the zip line launch deck, You have to climb the 915-meter steep ridge in Malajog, uphill, and downhill. It is almost a one-kilometer hike. Once you reached the top, you’ll see the spectacular view of the sea – Daraga Islet, swaying palm trees, and the shoreline of Malajog Beach. You can also do deep sea diving to see exotic marine life.
- Mapaso Spring
“Mapaso” literally means hot. This spring is located in Barangay Rizal II, Oquendo District, Calbayog City. From the city, it is a 30-minute ride going to Oquendo through a motorcycle. When you arrive at oquendo poblacion, you need to hike for about 15 minutes, reaching Brgy. Rizal II. Fresh crustaceans (pokot) abound when dropped on the spring because of this spring’s temperature.
- Danao Cave
Located in Brgy. Danao I, Tinambacan district. It is made up of seven (7) chambers inhabited by various species of snakes and bats as evidenced by a good deposit of guano.
- Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral
Located in the Center of Calbayog City, along the National Highway. In front of sacred Heart Plaza, Calbayog City Hall, Calbayog Legislative Hall, and beside the Calbayog Pilot Central School. The 233-year-old cathedral is considered the oldest Cathedral in Eastern Visayas and was given by The National Historical Commission of the Philippines a Marker as included in the list of Philippine Registry of Cultural Property. - Sarakiki Hadang Festival
