Another season of Philippine television’s hottest videoke reality game show, TV5’s Sing Galing, recently came to a close with the incredibly talented Mari Mar Tua of Pampanga as its very first Ultimate Bida-Oke Star.
As Mari Mar savored her triumph at the Sing Galing Kantastic Finale held in late March, leading real estate developer BRIA Homes awarded her with a brand-new Bettina Townhouse unit as part of her jackpot prize.
Mari Mar’s well-deserved win came at the end of an emotional and dramatic season finale for Sing Galing, which was staged at the historic Manila Metropolitan Theater. That evening, Mari Mar performed twice in her bid to become the season’s victor. She first rendered a dramatic, wedding-themed cover of Didith Reyes’ “Bakit Ako Mahihiya,” a jukebox hit in the ‘70s, and then engaged in a climactic “duel” of classic songs against competition runner-up Myca Capili.
Mari Mar outclassed the other “Kantastic 6” finalists Myca Capili, Cris Cerbito, Kim Macaraig, Kit Inciong, and Jamaica Lamit and dubbed as the winner by the Jukebosses Ethel Booba, Ronnie Liang, Rey Valera, and Jona. On top of Mari Mar’s brand-new BRIA home, she also won a grand cash prize of 1 million pesos.
Once more, BRIA Homes takes great pride in helping make Filipinos’ housing dreams come true. This time around, fresh singing talent Mari Mar Tua’s aspiration to own a brand-new house has been fulfilled. BRIA’s Bettina townhouse, a signature house model at most BRIA residential communities, features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a carport, 44 square meters of cleverly laid-out floor space, and 36 square meters of lot space. All in all, it’s fairly roomy and comfortable for a new family.
All BRIA housing enclaves come with an array of modern amenities such as multipurpose halls, covered basketball courts for the sporty types, children’s playgrounds, and wide-open green spaces for families to stroll around and get some fresh air. Strategically located BRIA projects are likewise close to essential destinations like retail establishments, hospitals, churches, schools, and transport hubs.
At the same time, BRIA Homes’ communities are secured by guarded entrances and exits, 24/7 CCTV coverage, and solar lights that keep the streets safe for residents and guests at night.
This is all in line with BRIA Homes’ longtime objective of providing everyday Filipinos their homes of choice that also boast convenience and financial security through value appreciation. To date, BRIA serves such dreams by continuously expanding and launching new developments that cater to Filipino home-seekers’ and property investors’ varying needs.
Making dreams come true is also why, with BRIA’s fifty-plus projects nationwide, the company graciously gives away house and lot units to winners at competitions such as Sing Galing. In fact, on March 5, 2022, BRIA Homes also turned over a brand-new BRIA house and lot worth 1.5 million pesos to Otelia Soriano, raffle draw winner in the “May Bahay sa Bakuna” program, which was mounted by the Las Pinas government as an incentive for city residents in getting vaccinated against COVID-19.
Indeed, ET Aguilar, BRIA’s Division Head, affirms that BRIA Homes is in a roll as he enthusiastically congratulates Mari Mar Tua for her victory in Sing Galing. “BRIA believes that Mari Mar manifested the Filipino’s amazing capacity for believing in one’s self and chasing one’s dreams. We are happy to play a part in making these dreams come true.”
