Held last October 4-6, 2022 at the Trinoma Activity Center in Quezon City, the milestone event helped BRIA Homes gain more market visibility for their best-selling house models and showcase the excellent amenities in their horizontal and vertical developments located across the country.
BRIA Homes’ competent sales and marketing team was on hand to handle inquiries from potential home buyers and property investors. They engaged aspiring Filipino homeowners in affirmative discussions on how they can buy their dream home without breaking the bank.
On the other hand, the housing trade expo was also a perfect opportunity for them, not just to boost sales but to show strength, build trust, reach out to new target groups, and get feedback on BRIA’s products.
Coming close on the heels of the NREA-DHSUD alliance’s well-attended housing trade exhibit in July, the on-ground event at Trinoma drew some of the real estate industry’s top property brands and various other stakeholders from the construction and financing fields. Prominent personalities from the private sector and officials of local government also graced the occasion. These included Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, DHSUD Secretary Jose “Jerry” Acuzar, NREA Chairman Ricky Celis, and NREA President Ronie Biando. Also featured were performances by the Center for Pop Music Philippines.

BRIA’s North Luzon Division Head Neil Almonte asserts that the company’s consistent presence as exhibitor in the NREA-DHSUD’s 26th Housing Trade Exhibit is an important part of BRIA’s image building and marketing strategy. “At the same time,” she explains, BRIA’s participation ensures its support for the government’s projects and initiatives related to housing and real estate.”
