Reservation starts at 3,000 for Elena/Elyana inner unit, 5,000 Elena/Elyana end unit, and 10,000 for Bettina/Alecza units.

Buyers need to present just two (2) valid government IDs. If to be reserved by a representative, an Authorization Letter and one (1) valid ID of the representative need to be submitted.

  • For Bank Financing, maximum of 20 years for locally employed and 15 years for OFW up to 65 years of maturity age
  • For PAG-IBIG Financing, maximum of 30 years up to 70 years of maturity age
  • For In-House Financing, maximum of 10 years up to 60 years of maturity age
